It is my opinion that with the Postwick junction under way and the potential for the NDR (northern distributor route) in the future there is far more price growth to the north and east of Norwich than anywhere else.
Currently there is a gap in the NDR when it reaches the western edge of the A47 and it wont link up. If there is an amendment to this and the NDR is fully integrated creating an outer relief road to Norwich then the area to the west of Norwich will shoot up in value because this is unexpected… So long term North and East will go up in value more unless you are a gambler, when you may wish to bet on the west of Norwich.
Here’s an interesting thought…Holt, Cley and Cromer are extremely expensive, Albeburgh, Southwold and the coast in Suffolk are also expensive but the section in between has lots of growth remaining…
