We had all our queries answered, if not immediately, then easily well within 24 hours. Nothing was too much trouble: bathroom measurements (for conversion to two shower rooms), lengths of walls (to decide whether to bring our piano over), the free “Can we still move during lockdown?” counselling service. We were very demanding but were never made to feel so. Thank you, Leigh.
