This time of year, with the trees coming into blossom and our gardens springing to life there is a continual reminder that if you have a large garden, that you are ‘struggling to maintain’ that you have an exhausting task ahead.

Rightmove have released their most recent property price report and it makes rather interesting reading. The first thing that is noticed, is that prices in every single location in the UK have increased over the last month.

Even with a whopping 2% fall in house prices this month this still leaves the East of England as The highest growth area in the United Kingdom, year to date.
