Summer is on the way!
The days are so much longer now and gardens are really starting to look lush and full of life!
This summer will obviously be different as we have Brexit hanging over us…again! but, there is still time to nip in and sell a property before the October deadline!!
Im noticing more people who have been hanging on… they are so frustrated with the delays and are finding themselves in a position where they have no choice…they simply have to move!
There are buyers out there… and there is new stock coming to the market. The levels are just a bit down on the norm…
However I have noticed that the commitment from people in the middle market who are out there actively trying to move is positive and they mean business.
