It never ceases to amaze me when I hear about people not receiving a call back. Just the other day a client of mine was telling me about one of our competition. They had left two messages with no response from the agents. What I find most amazing is that this call back was regarding an offer!

This time of year, with the trees coming into blossom and our gardens springing to life there is a continual reminder that if you have a large garden, that you are ‘struggling to maintain’ that you have an exhausting task ahead.

Rightmove have released their most recent property price report and it makes rather interesting reading. The first thing that is noticed, is that prices in every single location in the UK have increased over the last month.

Meter readings are a tricky thing when you move home, in fact, I personally have spent probably days over the years on the phone with utilities companies!!
