There is no doubt that the rate of growth is slowing, but overall, there is still house price growth since last year. It also depends which house price indices you follow, as they can use slightly differing criteria.
What about joint or multiple agency?
As far as potential purchasers are concerned, it does look rather desperate if your property keeps popping up with different agents, plus with the way that rightmove works these days it shows when a property was first listed, so they can tell that you have been trying to sell for some time…
