Estate Agent fees in Norwich have been a constant topic of conversation throughout my career.

The changing face of agency in Norwich has meant that fees have crept down over the last 10 – 15 years, this has been due to the online agent selling model with up front fees, as well as a continual price war between agents fighting for business.

At a glance it would be easy to wonder how fees can continue to come down and agency continues to work and make a profit, but then if you take into consideration how much prices of property have gone up over the last 15 years, the percentages we are achieving make it more manageable.
