As a local independent company we pride ourselves on our service.  This means that there are no silly questions and we work with our clients to make sure they get the best results.

What this means to you, is that we will tailor a package to your specific set of circumstances.  If its better for you, that we do the viewings, then that’s what we will do.

Our end goal is to ensure that we have done everything reasonably possible to make sure that the purchase happens.

This also includes our fully comprehensive after sales service which we have honed over very long careers in the industry, but enable us to make sure we see potential problems coming and have time to deal with those issues before they become deal breakers!  All the time we are making clients aware of things that could happen and how we can insulate them from those problems if they occur.

Just the other day a client of mine could have faced not being able to get her money together from the USA to buy a house and I hate to brag… but our foresight made sure that it happened… and on time!

I find that its so much easier to provide our excellent customer service because of the vast experience we have in our team.
