With all this Brexit turmoil, people are asking me if it’s a good time to sell?
What we are finding, is that all the people we are working with right now, have a genuine reason for doing so and therefore are much more committed to the process.
There are a number of people out there dipping their toe in the water whilst waiting for a definitive decision economically. Most of these people have houses to sell… that are not on the market.
There are also still a good number of investors, buying with a long term view.
So to answer the question, is it a good time to sell? Yes… IF you are motivated to move!
When it comes to the financial side of this question… the market it relative. This means that if you loose 5% on your house you gain 5% on the one you buy…
